Project information:
Construction PCL Inc. (PCL) has been selected by Aéroports de Montréal (ADM) to design and build Project DA0006 - YULSAT. The YULSAT project includes the construction of the new satellite jetty, the temporary jetty and associated civil infrastructure improvements.
The new satellite jetty will serve international and domestic passengers. The satellite jetty component of the project consists of four main elements: the jetty, a central transfer centre called the "node," an interface building located at the existing terminal called the "Édicule," and a tunnel connecting passengers and baggage under the existing north apron.
The temporary jetty will be built first on the site next to the new satellite jetty. The temporary jetty component of the project consists of three main elements: a passenger hold room, boarding gates, and Gate 62.
Please refer to the tender documents for specific scope information. Generally the scopes for satellite jetty and the temporary jetty will be procured separately. The award of a tender for one of the buildings does not constitute the award for similar scopes in the other building.
